1209 Memorial Apartments

Hello, I have moved to this location little over 6 months ago and I absolutely love it. It is a very safe, quiet and warm community with amazing neighbors and the location is awesomely near everything. As to the staff i have to say that Sandra and Jessica have been incredibly helpful with any issues I have had over the Holidays with such a care and understanding. They both have gone above and beyond to resolve my maintenance issue the same day. Which unfortunately happened on Christmas Eve. Thank you both so much and I would most definitely recommend living in this charming little neighborhood.

I am thrilled to be in the city and at a property managed by actual human beings and not some shadow/shell investment company. The property management team (Yessica and Sandra specifically) are an incredible, kind and helpful pair of women that have continued to help me not only stay in my unit, but make my stay the most positive possible. From their responses to CoVID19 and the shifting needs of the tenants, to the unexpected weather and traditional issues with city living, they have repeatedly helped me navigate and add value to my quality of life. At any moment I know I have access to a team that has my best interests in mind and will help me from start to finish. *The only remaining star is withheld because I want them to give me an assigned parking spot*
