Fast service as always, I have worked with property management companies for the last 25 years and this company is the absolute best I have ever experienced in this business. I live at IMT Buckhead and hope to be here for a very long time.

        Ive lived in the property for over a year now and I love it. I have a studio unit thats pretty big and comfortable. Although its not the most updated in terms of aesthetic, it does have a mid century modern feel to it. The property manager Deaunte truly goes above and beyond anytime Ive had an issue. Maintenance is very friendly and for the most part do a great job when handling any requests. Overall Im happy here, it is a very quiet property as well, and the common areas are always kept clean. I also love the location of it, being far but close enough to the main streets.

        I have now lived here for 7 months and absolutely love it. Susie and Tasia are reallt friendly and genuinely seem to want the residents to be happy here. A lot of complexes I have noticed look all pretty when you tour and then you move in and you find so many issues, but not here. Management has been on point for me, maintainance, especially Rock, Chris, and Nick are my lord, freaking fantastic (and so fast!). I really like it here and genuinely recommend it to anyone. I have only had nightmare apartment stories since moving to ATL 2.5 years ago and I finally feel like I can relax now that I have found such a wonderful and just such a peaceful place to live. There is no fighting with management, living with broken appliances (Chris and Nick literally replaced my entire broken dishwasher in like two days and left me little detergent packs
