Recently moved to Atlanta and am a current resident that has been living here for a few months. Overall experience has been great! After touring many, many places, I was impressed by how the two people on the leasing team that helped us were especially hospitable. One of the leasing agents was so sweet. She went above and beyond taking so much time showing us the different units to my family. She was extremely patient answering all of our questions. Weve been really happy with our experience here. Ive been really impressed with the leasing team and overall experience living here. Im glad we chose to move to Iris!

My girlfriend and I are moving from a major city in Florida to Atlanta. We found this place, and booked a tour last minute. Its very new, and clean. We were able to tour for a couple hours with Lauren. She did an amazing job, answered all of our questions, and made us feel very informed, and comfortable. When we parked, and walked in, we felt right at home. If you love the smell of coffee, youll be happy to smell the aroma from the coffee shop throughout the main lobby. This apartment has a lot of space, things to do, and places to go. Theres a lot of special features included in the units that most apartments dont have. For example, a gas stove, a coat closet, extra storage shelves, hooks, cabinets, built in closet fixtures, etc.. This location is perfect for us. Its within the Old 4th Ward neighborhood, and very close to the BeltLine. The Historic 4th Ward Park sits between the apartment, and the BeltLine. Its very quiet, peaceful, and walkable. The proximity to the airport was also important. We booked our unit right after touring, and look forward to moving in!
