Simply amazing! The team at Iris O4W definitively aims to please! Zanaija, Jenai, Shane, and Ivan have made my move in as smooth as they could. As with most new construction there are hiccups and mishaps, but everyone on this team made me feel like a priority, and worked diligently to fix whatever was not right. I would recommend this community to anyone looking to move or relocate to the O4w area. The pool and community areas are BEAUTIFUL! I cannot wait to use the pizza oven! This building is the ultimate live, work, play. And bring your fur babies.

This complex is not yet open, but I dont know where else to complain. I live in the building next door (Camden), and there is a fire alarm in the Iris O4W building that consistently goes off for hours at a time. This is more than normal testing since it has been happening all hours of the day and night. Prospective Iris O4W renters- if this is happening now, itll probably happen when you move in. Myself and every Camden resident would greatly appreciate the Iris O4W management taking this seriously and holding the builders/contractors/developers responsible. Renter beware- based on living next door, I definitely wouldnt move in. I think the alarm sound is just permanently ingrained in my brain now.

Let me start by saying I HATE moving! But I am looking forward to moving into this apartment community because I can tell this team is really excited to welcome me as a resident. I was already interested based on the location, but once I did the hard hat tour and saw the space, I was sold!
