Imposible to call and speak with an actual person making my 1 hour tour cost me $85 in parking fees. Make sure they input your license plate correctly and double check it or just dont use the future resident parking. Called almost every day and left messages and it is impossible to speak with a person.

Initially, I had a positive impression of Osprey Apartments, even though I signed the lease at a high rent of $2,200+ for a 1-bedroom apartment on a lower floor. However, I encountered significant disappointment during my move-out process. I made daily inquiries about when the easy move-out cleaning fees would be posted on the portal, and each time I was assured that it would be taken care of and that they would follow up with me. Unfortunately, I did not receive any updates. It was only after my fourth inquiry that I noticed the charges on the portal, but the amount was incorrect. I was perplexed by how this was calculated, as it even exceeded the charges for a 2b2b. Moreover, the easy move-out cleaning option document did not contain any figures that could justify such a price. I discovered that other people had also experienced similar issues by reading their reviews. Despite my continuous inquiries, I was repeatedly assured that they were addressing the matter and would keep me informed. Now that I have moved out, I am still unaware of when I will receive the refund for the additional charges or the process and timeline for the return of my deposit. I reached out via email on three occasions but did not receive any response. Considering the amount I paid each month ($2,200+), I find this experience quite disappointing. While some reviewers have criticized the previous management, I must admit that they were at least reachable through email. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Osprey Apartments to anyone. Apartments in Midtown and Buckhead are far better alternatives, as they at least respond to emails promptly.

Recently moved in and enjoyed the experience. The management was very kind to me and answered all my questions. Keri was my main point of contact and was very helpful. They also reserved an elevator for me to move my stuff to my room. The pool is small, but the gym and lounge make up for it. Gym has a good area for pull ups, several treadmills, a rowing machine, a smith machine, free weights, a stair stepper, and some other things Im forgetting. Theres also a second room with Peletons and a big screen for workout classes. Lounge is very high up and has lots of space for working and recreation. There are also walls in the lounge you can move around to make your own private workspace My unit is very nice and didnt have any damage from previous tenants. AC works well. I have the A2 floor plan. Bathroom is a bit big. Wish they put some of that space in my bedroom or the living room. My closet is great. I fit a queen bed, 2 night stands and my work desk in the bedroom and theres still room for additional shelves if I need them. They use an app to unlock all doors (elevators, parking garage, external doors, your apt door, etc). To unlock them, you hold up your phone to a wall-mounted device to authenticate you. You also have individual codes for each door. You can also create temporary codes for your guests to use. You dont have a physical key for your room. This is convenient, but concerning if your phone dies. I will be memorizing a few of the codes so if Im in a bind, I can get to my room without my phone. Area is also super walkable and there are tons of things to do close by. Hattie Bs is a good chicken place not a 2 min walk away. Only concern is that every walk to my room is an adventure of the senses. Maintenance tries to keep up with it, but the place is pet friendly and if the trash chute gets left open, the smell spreads. Not all smells are bad though. Around dinner time you can smell all the good stuff cooking.
