while we didnt end up leasing the apartment, Shanikua was a excellent guide and so kind and receptive! the apartments are great sized and priced very well for the area. the only downside is the small gym. otherwise, i recommend!

I toured this property and I loved the office team they were super helpful. The location is right at the tip of buckhead and sandy springs a great location with lots to do and convenient amenities.

Update 4/5/24: I just moved out after living at Uptown Buckhead for a little over 2 years. I really loved living there and I think that the management and maintenance staff have really been incredible. Management was always friendly and able to help answer any questions I had. Maintenance was always extremely prompt and was able to help me with bigger issues as well. While I was away on vacation they were able to redo part of my floor that had been damaged. They've stopped using the flooring I had when updating new apartments, but they went to the trouble of contacting the old supplier to make sure that they were giving me floorboards that matched. When my dryer broke they were able to get me a brand new one they'd just ordered for a vacant unit. The area is a great one to live in, and rent prices have gone down. When I originally moved in, my rent for a 750 sqft 1-bed was about $1800 (this was under the old management). At the time I moved out, my unit was on the market for $1330. They did offer to lower the rent I was paying significantly to get me to renew my lease, but my biggest factor in choosing to leave was wanting more space. 750 is the biggest one-bedroom and I'm not a big fan of the way the 2-bedrooms are laid out. This space really worked well for me for a very long time, but it became a bit cramped if I had more than 4 people over. Original: I moved here in December 2021 and have had an amazing experience so far. I've had a few minor maintenance issues, but they've all gotten resolved very quickly. The apartment recently changed ownership, and the transition has gone really well! I think the new maintenance crew has been really great. I've been using the on-site gym a lot recently and while it's small it has enough equipment to provide a varied workout. The front office staff is very friendly and have been able to make sure things are running smoothly or answer any questions I have about my unit. One thing to be aware of as a tenant (especially one close to the front) is that there is a club which can be noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, but it's not a huge problem. This apartments very well situated, and there's close proximity to a ton of different types of stores. This apartment can be a bit pricy, but I've definitely enjoyed living here so far, and I don't see myself moving for a while.
