        Just signed my lease on August 1st. I regret it instantly. I do not recommend. First they gave me an apartment that was missing a window and they took over a week to fix. Roaches spotted as soon as I moved in. The dumpster area looks like this every weekend. Just a gross place over all

        I did not see how to submit a zero star review. So I gave one star, because that is what I score my experience at Monarch Villas. I mean, what do you do when you repeatedly leave voicemails that remain unanswered when I asked where-is-my-security-deposit inquiries? And when I finally got an answer following a week of calls, I get an insincere apology and a dishonest answer. Because I do not understand how a security deposit refund could have been mailed when I have not seen a letter in over a week of its supposed mailing.

        Great tour at Monarch Villas! Gigi was so nice and relatable. I felt very relaxed for my first apartment tour. Nice and easy tour. Straight to the point and I felt good about my potential stay.
