I had a wonderful experience touring the apartment with Samantha. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and provided a thorough tour. I appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to address any questions I had. If there was something she didn't know, she assured me she would follow up, which I found very professional. While the physical aspects seemed okay, the application process was a nightmare. The leasing office provided false hopes of acceptance, only to end up paying high application fees. Despite submitting additional documents as requested, I was accepted with conditions. The misleading information and false expectations were disappointing, and spending $450 in the process is disheartening. I would advise potential applicants to be cautious and thoroughly evaluate their options before committing to this complex UPDATE : Initially applied for a specific unit, had discussions with the office for weeks, only to find out the market rate changed the day before signing the lease. Despite submitting fees and additional paperwork, my rate was not 'locked in,' leading to downsizing and a delayed move-in date. Disappointing experience with the sudden changes.

UPDATE: After living here for 3 months i will say that the Brookhaven Collection is a pretty good apartment complex, EVERY issue Ive ever had, I simply went up to the leasing office and someone was able to assist me each time and resolve my issue ASAP. The Maintenance team do what they can in a timely manner if possible and they are pretty friendly people but when it comes to Tenants and things like trash and people leaving things out, i would say you cant blame the leasing agents for something they dont do, you gotta hold your neighbors accountable and I will say that the floors that I drive past and the one I live oneverybody puts up there trash, of course you have a few people who dont care but thats EVERYWHERE trust me. The hallways can look better and the paint can have a touch up but overall my apartment is solid and I like living here, my amazon package got stolen before so be mindful that there are thieves everywhere whether you in Buckhead, Decatur, Lithonia, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs it doesnt matter, you just have to move a certain way. GET A RING CAMERA. Other than that everybody Ive met here whether its tenants or leasing agents at the Haven & Hendrix they have all been Respectful & Understanding people. I do feel safe living here. these are apartments are very nice & clean and the staff is very friendly and informative. Allen led my tour and everything was perfect, im looking forward to moving here if i get approved!

If you love yourself, you will not move here. I lived at the Haven for 3 years and with every year it got significantly worse. The property is disgusting with dog poop everywhere. The hallways are always dirty and filled with trash. There is a serious gnat infestation. The gates have not worked in YEARS. The doors that require a fob to enter are broken and are unlocked so anybody off the street can walk through the building. The pool in the back of the building is always dirty and turning colors. I was told in March of 2022 by the assistant manager that we would be getting package lockers in 6 weeks. As of December 2023, there still arent any working package lockers. I have had multiple packages stolen from here, and so have several of my neighbors. My air conditioning stopped working in May 2023 and when I moved out in December it STILL didnt work. They gave me a portable AC unit that only cooled down one room. I called the leasing office about this several times and when they did decide to answer the phone, nothing ever happened. There was a leak in January 2023 from the attic of the building that caused my storage closet to be covered in mold. It took several calls and emails to the leasing office and to corporate management about this. It was painted over in March 2023 but the mold came back, of course and it damaged a few items I had in there. Despite my requests, no one ever checked the inside of my apartment for mold or moisture even though it was affected by the leak as well. The fact that this complex tries to brand itself as luxury is laughable. When in reality, its ghetto.
