I have been apartment hunting with my mother as she speaks no English . The agent there Gentry was amazing she went ahead and put in an application and it took more than 48 hours to have things done on their end to my mom finding out she has to go to this screening company all types of different documents which was already provided to not being able to be approved and come to find out the money is not refundable. This is the worst screening company 1016 uses and no one cares or is able to override it . Dont waste your time and money you will be falsely excited for your home to being homeless .

I want to shout out, Gentry! I was attempting to put oil and coolant in my vehicle when he came out of nowhere and asked if I needed help. He showed me how to do both and never tried to talk to me or anything. At the end of him helping me, he let me know that he works in the leasing office. It's good to know that we have someone here who is willing to be helpful and professional even when they are not on the clock. If you are looking for an apartment, you should go speak with him!

I love my loft and the location but that's it. Erin and the new guy in the office are cool, but since Brittany was made the manager of this community, it has went downhill fast! She is hardly ever here and it's rare to get a response from her. At any point you can walk out of your door and find people just out in the hall, staircase, or pathways smoking (including her and the white maintenance guy). Actually, the only time I see her is with the same maintenance guy. Those of us that have been here over the past couple of years know what is going on with the two of them (I personally witnessed something between the two of them)! I have decided not to renew my lease as this community has turned into an unprofessional and free for all type of environment.
