Great service and quality video production

I hired FlyWorx to document a home renovation with 3 distinct phases: pre-construction, midway through and after the project was completed. I had to pay for the services prior to them shooting the footage. I have been unsuccessful in getting the footage except the first shoot. They are also very unresponsive. I have left voice mails with no response. I have sent multiple emails with no response. Also, some of the videos will not open and the company hasn't responded to that either. Not sure if they are using a video encoder that most video playback systems don't understand. I am not sure since they won't explain. I have used other drone companies in the past and have never had issues like this.I do not recommend using this company.
