        Stay away from this firm.  Their customer service is nonexistent.  I can confirm what others have reported:  they take your paperwork and then you never hear from them again.  When you call, they're never available to talk, and they can never tell you when your return will be ready.  They don't seem to be concerned about missing filing deadlines.  I was expecting a large refund and hoped to get it in time to help with cash flow issues for my small business.  They were aware of that and it made no difference whatsoever.

        Very disappointed with this firm.Would highly recommend your company find another firm and don't waste your time here. First of all, they were not on top of the their game with absolutely no follow through, guidance, or concern for the small business owner.

        They wouldn't return my phone calls. I called and left messages with the receptionist several times. Explained I was in the neighborhood, which is something they seem to be very concerned about, and made it clear that I was willing to pay well to get some help. Never heard back from them.

      Bob-When you insisted on making the extension payments online yourself, instead of using our electronic filing system procedure, we timely filed paper extensions for all of you with the IRS via certified mail so as not to conflict with your online filings. Had you contacted our firm when you received the penalty notices, we would have gladly called the IRS, provided proof of the timely filed paper extensions and gotten the penalties removed. We stand behind our work and we will still provide this service for you.
