        The process of making me the client send the same letters every month in hopes the credit bureaus remove an item is a huge waste of time and money. And the attorneys settling the debts are impossible to get on the phone and there is no communication. In my opinion their goal is to churn out as many claims as possible while adding the least value possible. Maybe this works for a more budget sensitive client but i would have preferred a better level of service and involvement.
