Chip and his team did a great job. They were very efficient, polite and professional. They explained exactly what they were there to do, they made sure it was right and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend.

At first, I had a positive impression of this company. However, the borders they placed around the rock beds started to unravel. The owner claimed it might have occurred while others were working around my home, but nobody was in my backyard, and the borders still fell apart. Despite this, they didn't make any effort to rectify the situation. Moreover, I paid for a monthly service that no one ever providedno one showed up at my home as per the agreement. I'm planning to contact the bank to retrieve the money I paid for the unrendered service. ------------ December 3rd update: I find it very interesting that he is willing to respond on Google but refused to return my calls and respond to my messages. Now I am having to repay someone else to come and fix this mess. Don't forget I explained that the border trim in the backyard where no one had entered was also coming a part. Therfore his excuse of the builders messing it up is invalid. I have attached a picture showing that no grass was ever disturbed or replaced and still the trim came apart. However, he still insist it was the fault of the builders. At no time was anyone ever in my backyard to do this. The work was just poor quality. Amazing instead of simply offering to fix it he offered an exscuse. I truly believe some of these 5 star reviews are family and friends and I also believe some may be accurate. But as a person with a large platform that has reached over 175 million viewers I will definitely give a detailed and accurate review of my experience with this company and I'll allow my listeners to hear and decide if they believe this company does good business or not.

Chip and team were efficient, well priced, and professional. Really enjoyed the refresh to our front yard and saved me so much time and energy with sod replacement!

The Garden Gnome team brought our backyard back to life! We are so happy with the results! Chip and the crew did a wonderful job adding sod and a drain system. Chip was very helpful, knowledgeable and great at communicating, and the crew worked fast and efficiently. They will be the company I call if I need anymore landscaping services in the future.

Highly recommend this company. After contacting 2 different companies re: a serious drainage issue we were experiencing in our backyard and both no showed thankfully someone recommended The Garden Gnome. Chip the owner was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful with ideas, punctual and responsive with communication. Within 2 days he's corrected the issue we've been experiencing for years. Highly recommend; can't say enough re: this company. Thank you.
