I had 2 oaks in my yard that were extremely hollow and degraded. Mike came out and evaluated the trees and was very knowledgeable and thorough on his recommendation of what his thoughts were on the stability and risks of the trees. He wrote up a proposal and presented it to me in a very timely manner. There was no pressure on my response time. The proposal was the best estimate by far. The team showed up on time and ready to go and did an outstanding job from start to finish. I was very pleased and will definitely utilize them again! Thank you and blessings Arbor Bay! Fantastic crew. Came prepared and meant business. Trimmed two huge oaks which are precariously located above the pool and the house. The tree climber was right out of James bond movie. Just amazing. Cleaned up everything after the job was done. I could tell they take pride and ownership in what they do which is rarety nowadays.
