I'd gone here a few years with Alan as my tax specialist. This year they gave me John Krabbie- AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We dropped off our taxes, I had to call to find out what was up, didn't hear from them, had to come in, He did not wear his mask, he forgot thing we had confirmed already, we had to reiterate our concerns repeatedly, we owned this year and he refused to allow us to pay via direct withdrawal. Kept saying 'everyone mails it in' we told him we have never mailed in- he swore it was done but we hadn't set that up yet, we had to argue and refuse to pay HR block until he set the payment up.... now its been more then a week and nothing- of course they are closed now... would give 5 stars for Alan, -10 for John
