RUN, RUN, RUN away from this accountant. Ramon does not respects his clients business nor time! He has been filing my taxes since 2018, the only reason I filed taxes with him for so long was because of his affordable prices. But you get what you pay for! On several occasions I would put aside time to go do my taxes only for him to cancel the appointment the day before. Even worse, sometimes I would message him to let him know Im on my way to his office and he would cancel at the last minute. While he is working he seems confused and in a hurry to get out of his office. I hope his next victim reads this review and save themself the headache and go to someone that knows how to run a business and be professional. NOV/DEC (2020) I asked him to file a document for my business because I was away from home and unable to do it. He advised me to wait until Im filing my taxes this year (2021) to file the document. When I went to file my taxes this year I reminded him to file the document, he ignored me and went ahead and did what he felt like doing. About a month later I was told that I needed the document that I asked him to file twice before. I contacted him a third time to file the document and he acted as if I was a bother and as if I was not going to pay him to file the document (it was hard for me to find someone else that I could trust at this point because I was away from home). He finally filed the document and 2 months after I contacted the IRS to check on the status and was told that I needed to send additional documentation. I contacted Ramon to have him send these additional documents and of course he took forever to get back to me. When I pointed out to him that if he had just done what he said he was going to do and filed the document when he was doing my taxes I would not be in this mess he got defensive and told me to find another accountant (which I was going to do anyways) . He also told me that If I submitted the document the IRS is asking for they might audit me and he does not do audits!!! So after getting me in this mess he slithers away and leaves me to deal with this mess by myself!!!

Whenever I need to refer any of my clients to a CPA. I can always call Mr. Clark and I guarantee great results.
