Publix Super Market at Westgate Plaza

The deli service was horrible!! I'm super disappointed and when I brought up my concerns to the assistant deli manager, he was not apologetic about my experience but instead provided excuses which made zero sense. So, not shopping at this Publix ever again. They're not the only choice in town.

Shantell was very polite and considerate.. I made a purchase and something happened to it and when I call back to the store Shantell took care of me and made my Mothers Day weekend so much better. Not giving too much details of what happened to the purchase just the it had to do with Arbor Mist wine

I mean it's where Shopping is a Pleasure. I love this store. It's been my store since it was first built then rebuilt again. I've noticed over the years they change management out much more often than the past years.

Ran in to get wings but they were out ,they said go shopping come back in 20 min it will be ready for me . Had my name on it, so cool.

At what point do you just scream, STOP THE PRICE GOUGING. Publix is blurring the lines between high prices and price gouging. As supply chain problems improve, Publix is stubbornly holding on to price increases. Massive profits is fueling the greed. Shame on you! While prices are higher, the service and selection separate them from the rest. The deli dissappoints, with regularity, they have better things to do than help a customer. If your a wise and knowledgable shopper, you can offset higher prices by being open to what is on sale and limiting your compulsive urges. Have a list, be flexible, get in, get out.
