STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND HIRE A DIFFERENT INSTALLER! This company is A Fraud. The solar storage system I paid for was not installed after waiting 3+ months. I followed up several times about the status of my Project and when it would be installed. Each time the contractor claimed that the Project would meet local regulations and be installed. Unfortunately, it was all a lie. My project was suppose to have solar stack rails on my roof. However, the contractor claimed a specialist from the solar stack company had to be onsite to install the rails and so that the warranty would be valid. After speaking with the owner of the solar stack company the owner confirmed that a specialist did not have to be onsite so that the warranty would not be voided. The contractor lied about having a representative from FranklinWH battery on-site for installation. The contractor did not order enough a-gate units from FranklinWH. This was a horrible experience. This company did not prioritize my project but took my money. Customers deserve honest services. My salesman was Dan and he mislead my family and I about our Project from the beginning. He claimed that we were waiting on permits from the county but when I called the county they told me they completed and approved the permits three days after receiving the application. My application permit was delayed in being submitted to the county. I hired my attorney to begin legal actions.

We looked at five different solar panel providers in Florida and each one sounded better than the previous one and each one gave more information to make an informed decision. Dan and Chad showed up to our home on a Saturday and provided a great presentation and major information than I had previously. The guys were forthcoming and promised a quick installation at a fair price with quality material. The installation had a hiccup or two, but was quickly resolved and our system is operational and our county inspector and electrical company approved all installation items and we received our permission to operate within the promised timeframe. After one moth of operation, we are super happy with Tahoe way the panels are operating and generating Morse power than we use so getting credits toward fixed meter costs and nighttime consumption. So far, sunshine Solar Sales Group has come through with all that was promised and more.

Fantastic experience!! I found Sunshine Solar through Energy Sage and they not only had the best estimate, but they turned out to have the best customer service too. They're a small, young company but Raj and Dan went way above and beyond to gain my business, and they stood behind everything they pitched. Love these guys and I recommend them for anyone considering going solar. Thanks Sunshine!!
