Hudson Manor Assisted Living

I wouldn't move in here. Since 2021 they have increased the rent $1100 A MONTH. Every year they raise it. The owners know its not good to move your elderly family members so they have you by the balls so to speak. In 2024 it go to $5500 a month for a small room with a bathroom. Nothing else. And check the Florida ACHA for complaints filed. Lots of them. Hopefully they will add value with the money they are extorting. They serve picnic food, ask any resident when you visit they will tell you its awful.

This facility is relatively smaller but it has the amenities of the larger memory care facility where my mother was previously. The ambience is cozy and homey with sociable residents and attentive staff. The public area and private rooms in this historic building are tastefully renovated, clean, well-lit and spacious. My mother is doing well there and I'm pleased with the level of care provided her.

Hudson Manor is a top notch senior living community. John and team do an amazing job! Every time I visit the staff is friendly, engaged and the residents are participating in an activity. I highly recommend checking Hudson Manor out!

Hudson Manor is an absolute gem located on Davis Islands. The property is gorgeous, the staff are unsurpassed and my mom is getting excellent care here and meeting so many new friends. Mom is now playing bingo and dominos and doing crafts as well as getting her hair done weekly here by Kim who is wonderful. The employees are incredible!! Aeisha, Pam, Crystal, Bionca, Tangie, L, Emma, Audrey, Dominique, Shay, Sean, Leon, Mike, Natasha and everyone here is so dedicated to making mom and all the residents lives the best they can be!! Marilyn NP and Dr. Rathan are excellent and very thorough when providing health care for mom. We LOVE Hudson Manor and are so happy mom has such a wonderful and loving community living here!! We are so blessed to call Hudson Manor HOME!! Thank you and Bravo to all these incredible employees at Hudson Manor.

this place is messy nothing is organized by staff nor corporate they will sell you any dream you would love to hear about taking care of your loved ones i worked here 2009 it was terrible appearance wise after that i came back in 2022 the place been remodeled but that doesnt mean theres no roaches..they will leave patients in wet or dirty diapers for hours talk n treat them any kind of way i dont not recommend this living facility to anyone who truly loves the mother,father,grandmother,grandfather.. oh this place has no respect for the residents on a short note.. they will leave residents to starve they wont get feed yet alone give them showers so many residents have bed sores from laying in the same position for weeks count your days hudson manor..staff played all kind of games when it came to me to pick up last check i mean ridiculous 40 year old woman acting like daycare kids during recess from the hiring manager to the med techs no structure rooms wont be clean for weeks at a time residents bathroom are disgusting nasty definitely calling health department
