        The staff show the utmost professionalism 24/7 and will do whatever they can to help the residents. The facility is beautiful and the location (directly on Bayshore) is unbeatable.

        Spoke with Joyce, in admissions, explained my situation regarding my mother in law ,she gave me information and when I told her about Medicare n Medicaid, all of a sudden,she got a very bad attitude towards me. She was so rude & unprofessional and made me feel like someone low class I didn't appreciate it.Canterbury Towers has a wonderful name and people like Joyce can ruin it.
