I used Mike to sell a home that was in Probate. I got bombarded with relators and companies trying to "help" me sell the home. When I talked to them they were all the same. They were busy, formulaic vultures. Not Mike, he gave an offer to buy the home but suggested I exercise patience and sell the home in the open market. I followed his advice and we sold the home in the open market and not to a vulture. Mike was professional, kind, understanding, patient and knowledgeable. If you get a flyer from him or his company I strongly suggest you give them serious consideration to be your agent. A+ Home Buyers is just that, A+

We were so fortunate to work with Mike at A+ Home Buyers. Honestly, losing your home can be embarrassing and yes, traumatic. But Mike and his team were focused on solutions vs judgements about how it came to be. They closed the house in I think 10 days and the only reason it took that long was the bank NOT them. They were fair with their offer to us and even renegotiated based on how much of a budget we knew we would have to have to move to Iowa (where we are headed now after the house sold). They even gave us 15 days to get our stuff packed up and downsized for the trip. They just kept a certain portion of the total proceeds we were to get in escrow until a walk through by Mike and then the funds are released immediately. I think this is a fair trade off. They are in fact a real company and not a rip off. They are a good team of competant professionals who will make this rough spot in your lives go as smoothly as possible. We are extremely grateful for A+, Mike, Dale at the title company and the rest of their team for their empathetic and professional approach towards their work. Thanks again!

How fortunate I was to have responded to Mike Young's message about selling my property. I have been avoiding calls and text messages like this for years, there was always a fear of getting scammed. I told Mike that the house was going on The auction block in 2 weeks and this being a rental property with a tenant. With days to spare Mike and Eric managed to get the property sold, liens resolved and all this without my paying any closing costs and a fair price. It was amazing at their speed and professionalism.
