        John fout scammed me , he said there was a $75 application fee and never showed me the property and stopped texting me . Do not trust this company or John fout. I will be pressing charges if I dont get my money back !

        Its really ridiculous with how expensive the dues are for things I could care less about as a realtor. Just give me my MLS & Supra and call it a day. All of these other fees are outrageous and a waste of money. No wonder why everyone I know who also works in real estate complains about this organization.
