        Staff is polite. My rating is based off their printers. It is the whole purpose of me going to your store. The printers are slow, non-responsive, and cannot process simple formats such as PDF. You might get over on the typical non-English speaking customer, but not for my business needs. All businesses should not waste time printing at this location.

        Incompetence across the board. This was by far my worst experience shopping at a staples in my life. Printed the wrong file, manager was no help and extremely slow to respond. Didnt know how to make the file work. Got 1 less booklet than I paid for. Enough of an experience for me to never want to shop at a staples again. The utter stupidity blows my mind. Was almost like the blind leading the blind. Not to mention my store pick up, took an hour..
