We bought our home from previous homeowners that were negligent and dishonest- their agent was compliant in this as well. We had one toilet that had totally rotted out which was discovered AFTER the fact. Luckily HIP home service and drain was responsive, came to review the issue and advised us on the best course of action that was necessary. I was so grateful for the honesty and transparency that I relayed to my husband.

Scheduling was simple and quick from the start. I was able to get through on the phone the night prior and had service out the very next morning. Hiram with HIP did a great job and worked through the hot summer day to make sure things were done right. I had main drain snaked and camera inspected. I appreciated him showing me his findings with the camera so I knew exactly the issues I was facing and the recommendations he had. He verified everything was working properly after the job was done. I would definitely use this service again if needed.
