Amazing customer service! We rented the movie night package for our kids joint birthday party and they are so friendly and went above by giving our kids a little gift! We will use them again in the future because we were so pleased with our experience!

I had a great experience with DnA Bouncies! I was preparing for my daughters 4th birthday and we decided very late in the planning process to add an inflatable. I called several locations and they couldnt accommodate. DnA responded promptly and quickly began recommending items based on the number of children and their ages. Within 30 minutes of initial contact the date and delivery time was confirmed and a contract was signed. The equipment ordered was perfect for the age range. Additionally, I ordered heaters due to the inconsistent weather forecasts. The weather held up and we didnt need them. I later received an email that they were refunding me a portion of my payment since I did not use them. That was a pleasant surprise especially considering I had already received military discount. I will definitely use them again for any bounce house or outdoor entertainment needs!
