Had a great experience here and the person to thank for that is Deniesse. The staff was really polite and helpful but Deniesse stood out to me with her communication and problem solving skills to help repair my glasses. I highly recommend going here.

6 employees sitting around that I'm assuming will show me some glasses after my exam! When I finally got my prescription they all acted they'd never seen me before. Then they finally stick me with someone their training. So I say just let me get me prescription I'm kind in a hurry and it's takes them 5 minutes to give me an incomplete photocopy. I had to call to get the correct PD! What i thought would take an hour took about 3!

I came here to get my glasses fixed one day and Deniesse came in super clutch. She was very friendly and welcoming and did not mind helping me at all. She has great customer service and she knows what shes doing!
