I would not even give 1 star, but there is no other option. I went in Jan 2021 for regular vision check, they gave me a higher power than last year. I did my glasses at Costco. When I wore my lenses it could not see properly. Costco checked and they said the lens is according to prescription. So I called Clarkson to ask them for a appointment to verify the prescription and the glasses, they say since the prescription was give more then 30 days ago I have o pay out of pocket. I got the prescription from Clarkson on 1/28/2022 and I gave the prescription to Costco on 2/26/2022 and I got the glasses from Costco on 3/5/2022. For this they say I have to give out of pocket, because they don't want to face me for giving wrong prescription. Just beware. These are not the reliable optometrist for your eyes. Please take care of your eyes with someone more reliable

I called to get my son an appointment on 1/12/22 @ 5:02pm for his eyes and I was told I cant make an appointment without his insurance id number which Ive done so without it a couple months prior.The girl STACY was very rude and wouldnt let me speak with a manager to complain about her attitude. she then stated that the manager will be in tomorrow and hung up in my face.I really wish these companies will hire more professional people its really messing up the companies image. If you dont like your job stay home.My son was going to be a new patient but Ill take him somewhere else.My daughter,husband,and I are already patients,Ill be looking for another eye doctor for us as well!

I was a client 2 years ago. After the exams I decided to buy a pair of bifocal glasses I chose one.I ask if the easy to clean or scratches .she said no none scratches at all. So I ordered. But what a surprise frame is good but the cristals are plastic. So is hard to clean. And is so very scratches glasses and over price. I paid almost $ 500. For this garbage. Am total disagree when people like them they just care about money. [I have other pair of glasses from Prados Vision it has 7 years ago. none scratches at alland is super easy to clean.I paid the same. But of course great.].

This place was amazing before they change its name to Clarkson Eyecare. They have an amazing front desk employees and an amazing doctor called Dr. Cook. But when it comes to sales be prepared to the worst experience Ive ever had in my life. We just need your money. We will make promises that we will never keep. Well change all the ETAs after you pay and this is what we have. When it comes to a non-qualified sales agent (like the one that was helping me) they will pull them back and send so meone else to tell you that everything youre saying is wrong. Bottom line: take your prescription and run away
