Optical Outlets

Not satisfied with the timeline to get my new glasses. After eye exam it took 14 days to get my new glasses which is about average, however, the glasses were not correct and they tried to tell me I just needed to get used to them. They finally agreed to double check my prescription and found that they made a mistake so my glasses had to be remade which took an additional three weeks. Six weeks to get a pair of glasses is unacceptable not to mention the inconvenience due to their mistake.

I used to go to the one on Fowler Ave and 15th St and the service there was meh to say the least. However, this location totally changed my opinion of optical outlet. The doctor was awesome I wish there were more doctors like him I every dang field to be honest. The staff there was awesome. One of ladies helped me pick my glasses out after I told her what color I was going to dye my hair it was awesome. I for sure will be coming back to this location again.

Yesterday I had an appointment to see the eye doctor, but I was a little late trying to find this location. The receptionist had a 12:45pm spot off, so took the eye exam everything went well. This company accept my insurance and my insurance paid for everything; however, I also purchased a second pair of eyeglasses for only $54.00 dollars it's basically free!!!! Two pairs of glasses not bad for the price. Now, I am waiting 7 to 10 business days for my glasses. Thank you Optical Outlets!!!

People that work there are very rude arguementive do not go here use optical outlet in hillsbourgh Ave the people are friendly and ready to answer any questions without a kit of double talk and and more friendly and knowledgeable
