Very unpleased with organization. Did application/organization and was following up with Tracey. All of a sudden I receive letter termination/withdrawal of application in mail with no explanation. Reached out via email. No answer. I am a very organized/ hardworking single mother and have been waiting years to be able to apply again. I feel they dont wanna really help. I did everything I was supposed to do.

First this is the address for reviewing the application for affordable housing not the restore. This company because that is what it is, puts really struggling families through enough emotional stress to put down an elephant. They remind you of your faith in Christ and then pretty much tell you your so poor that you don't deserve help. How does the CEO. Of this company sleep with underwriters like the Lady down town Tampa. I won't put her name but she knows who she is and what she did to phase me and my three young children out of housing. Tell me how is a $300,000 home made affordable for a full time working for Hillsborough county public schools, single mother of three, when it is still $300,000? Why scam people who are already questioning their existence. When I asked you do you know how it feels to be homeless with kids? Your answer was absolutely not. I wonder if your CEO reads reviews He should because I have a sister in law who works in fast food for less than a year without a co signer who got approved for a 200k house we definitely not the same race but I'm not on drugs and I've been on my job for 5 plus years. I'm just saying it's like the restore they pick through us and find the shiny people to help. That's what they call God's work. The audacity to rub my faith in the Lord in my face to tell me that he loves you more than me is not the work of the 10 percent.

Ive been shopping at this store for many years for my endless DIY projects, there were best prices in a city. Now prices for old, broken, dirty junk are higher than at Home Depot and Lowes
