We have been using Massey Lawn Service for years and always get compliments on our beautiful green yard. Our technician, Joshua Benitez, is tremendous. He is detail oriented, will always go above and beyond to make sure everything looks as good as it should. We know we are in good hands with his knowledge. We have been Massey customers for almost 4 years, and I have to say we are extremely disappointed. Massey has managed to kill sections of our lawn every year for those years which we have been customers. Each time, it is our fault somehow the lawn died. Chinch bugs eating our lawn, after we called many times is also somehow our fault. Peter, the local manager, came to our house back in October 2022 and agreed they would take responsibility for the latest issues. As of today, 5 months later, nothing. I should note, they did ask us to pay almost $500 to adjust our irrigation system in that time. The irrigation tech came to our home, left mud and debris on our driveway and front porch - not to mention the sprinklers now spray the driveway, sidewalk and street. This company is a complete joke, and you will soon be sorry to do business with them. Be warned. See the green lawn they made for us. Services: Lawn pest control, Yard work

The inspector who came out to talk with me about the lawn service was probably the nicest young man I've ever dealt with. His name is Hunter and he was so kind and explained everything to me. Service: Lawn pest control
