This landscaping company contracted with the HOA at Watercolor Place community in Bradenton Florida, is the absolute worst. BBB rates them as barely 2 stars. They refuse to replace the lack of mulch, and the folks they have to cut the grass are constantly running over the downspouts for every home. They have absolutely no regard for the home owner's personal property. For example, they ran over one of my downspouts and flattened it to the ground. Shortly after that I noticed every one of the downspout lower extensions had been pried from the main spout from the roof, leaving jagged rough edges, as if intentionally causing that damage and then screwed back on. Recently the worker edging around the house cut through the water line to the outside hose bib, causing the yard to flood, and when confronted immediately afterword, claimed she did not do it. She called her manager and he arranged to have an emergency repair made, referring to us to the manager, apparently in an attempt at redemption as: "you know how they are". Yes we speak Spanish, and understood every word. If I could give this organization, based in Ft. Meyers, Florida, a minus 10 for a rating, that would be too generous.

They seem to do an ok job, but I expect they can likely do better. This morning one of their staff sat in a parked van on Grand Elm drive for about a half hour staring down at his electronic (smartphone, tablet, whathaveyou) the entire time; blocking the trash truck from ours despite there being an empty parking spot about 30 feet away near the pool. Moreover, this is not a one time occurrence. While I'm sure the staff is appreciative that they aren't micromanaged, from what I have seen it looks like some of the staff take advantage of that. Despite this, the work does seem to get done.
