I've been doing business with them for years. I brought my daughters name plates some years back and now it's turning rust color and my sons 10k gold chain breaks every week literally. I'm going to check to see if it's even real.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I was scammed and they took advantage of my lack of knowledge with Gold and jewelry. They are just out or your money and do not care about their customers. Was told I was getting a solid gold chain, I took the chain to a real jeweler and turns out the chain is HOLLOW. When I went to go back and tell them they scammed me they wouldnt do anything about it, oh well. Absolutely ridiculous. What ever you do dont buy from them! Go elsewhere, they WILL scam you.

Terrible customer service. Similar to other reviewers were told we couldnt see chains unless we were buying, which we were trying to do. Then she said are you buying because were closing and then they never closed just wanted us out.
