Amazing opportunity to make money, however when I was there they bragged about only letting one person go at the end of AEP but then at the end of my AEP, they literally let my entire team go. The Tampa office went from like 200 employees to maybe 50 in one day, a mass firing. The things that they do exceptionally well is you go through three months of in-depth Medicare training, the best that I have ever had, they do that extremely well, make it so you can understand it and learn their systems and at the end of the 3 months of paid training that's your 90 days so a good point for you to elect your insurance within the company. Other than this being just a corporation only caring about the bottom line because of their extensive training to learn Medicare and if you're good at it the amazing opportunity to be able to make a lot of money because they only do inbound calls they don't do outbound calls however if you are CES agent that's not true You do have to practically make cold calls sometimes but the nice thing about their system is it auto dials everything and you receive inbound calls automatically so it's extremely fast pace both as an agent and a CES agent. So what I'm trying to say is your day will go by quick because there's very little down time which can also be a bad thing because you can get burnt out. But again overall not a bad company but not a good one either. And that's why I give it three stars.
