Some of the best service I've ever experienced, and this is right after Hurricane Idelia plowed through North Florida. These guys were proactive and sent us an email with a quick link to file our claim before the storm hit, they had the adjuster call me before the roads were even cleared to schedule his visit; & They cut the check within a week! Then when my mortgage company gave push back, the team helped me get everything I needed to get the job done. This is exactly how insurance is supposed to work. Thank you ACG & Safe Harbor for serving my family when we needed it!

Bad business practice, agent no longer represents an insurer and neglected to alert customers, instead automatically transfered customers to another insurer. Insurance laws allows customers to choose insurance companies.

Never been able to contact agent listed.(yuletide acosta). Never received renewal bill. When I noticed I called and spoke with some yahoo named John who spent 7 minutes trying to locate my policy even tho I gave him the policy number. Totally frustrating.. don't know if I have coverage or not.

WORST customer svc. Impossible 2 get in touch, always transferred, no one answers. They don't represent the insured's interests AT ALL. This is my experience w them 4 years!!!! Only get help if call direct 2 Progressive. they shld dump this agy as bad actors, give Progressive a bad name!
