Sheraton Tampa Brandon Hotel

All of the staff members that I had contact with were very pleasant and helpful. Especially the restaurant staff, Darlene and Tiffany I must say from what I experienced & noticed are a great representative for this location! Always smiling and not rushing to get you in and out! Pablo the shuttle driver was over the top with kindness!!! He was a joy to ride with! Always on time! The room was below standards. I feel there is a need for updates to the room and time for new linen. The bathtub faucet dripped, calcium buildup on the sink faucet. Vent.? clogged with dust, stains on the bathroom wall. Linen looked like it was just pulled out of a hamper!

Great staff and a great location for my business trip in the area. Will recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues. Came across some amazing hospitality professionals: Amanda at Sheraton Lounge - warm, friendly and super efficient every day I used the lounge and Samantha at the Guest Services - demonstrated ownership of caring for my last minute request on day 1.

The food its amazing. Chef Mike has done a great job. The food its always fresh. Rooms: Very comfortable. Nearby activities: Gym and restaurants.
