    Hide charges I did paid for a balcony and I just get a 1 floor very outdated room old room I was supposed surprise my husband on he's birthday with a beautiful city view hotel and the surprise was not nice room super hot pay $178 per room than a soon they run my card they ask for $100 deposit no parking optjust valet $42 dollars extra horrible

    Worst service ever! This hotel needs to be renovated, doesnt looks clean. The worst customer service, the only friendly ones are the parking valets. Additional fees for everything. Horrible experience!!!

    I stayed in this hotel this weekend and it was awful. From the services, to the room and the food in the restaurant was terrible. You are charging $200 plus per night and you cannot even upkeep with the maintenance or cleaning of the hotel. The front desk smelled awful , the bathtubs were clogged, scratched and carpet was super dirty. The costumer service from the front desk and the restaurant was horrible. The only nice people were the guys from the valet trash.

    Great location, okay rooms. My shower was dirty upon my arrival breakfast is a $25 fee. Gym had very minimal equipment but stocked with water. The DJ at the pool was fun and they have a waterfront bar. No free parking which isnt surprising given the downtown Tampa location. Overall good experience!

    If you are considering booking this hotel or using this hotel as part of your wedding block, please dont. This hotel will tack on as many fraudulent charges as they can. We were charged for a meal we didnt eat, and several of our wedding guests were overcharged for parking some of which who didnt even bring a car. The staff is extremely disorganized, and they did not seem to care that it was our wedding weekend nor did they go out of their way to ensure our guests were able to check in in a timely manner. Some guests were able to check in right away, while guests who arrived earlier were still waiting for their rooms for literal hours. Additionally, many guests complained the rooms were not up to the standards of the price they paid for them (ripped carpets and curtains, wet carpets, missing balcony furniture, dirty showers). It took over two weeks to get refunds for our guests fraudulent parking charges. When voicing issues to staff, they were extremely dismissive and also didnt seem to have real answers as to how or why these overcharges happened. There are tons of great hotels in downtown Tampa who practice great hospitality and unfortunately this is not one of them.
