The hotel is old, decor is old and breakfast can improve... But the main reason I go to a hotel is to sleepThe staff makes the place a great hotel to stay in, the front desk personnel are kind and attentive, theyll go out of their way to help you fulfill your needs, the house keeping personnel maintain the areas super clean and organized, so you can get to a room and bed that are going to welcome you perfectly clean and spotless bathrooms. Thank you guys for such a quiet, clean and comfortable hotel.

Nice but not luxurious all at. Close to airport and walking distance from Ruth's Chris steakhouse. Clean, roomy and convenient in a good location.

You must mean the Bates Motel... No restaurant, morning breakfast...pre-package carb fest, rooms are dark and dingy, no hair dryer, no makeup mirror or at least a mirror with decent lighting, no available wakeup call service. Never ever again.

One expects a certain level of quality from Hyatt. It just wasn't there on our stay.
