        We were staying here for a week. Great location - close to Moffitt Cancer Center, especially McKinley Hospital. I noticed a few unacceptable things: 1. The laundromat cash is not emptied periodically, which makes the machines useless. 2. The hot breakfast is served with cold and frozen sandwiches, eggs, and omelets, which are leftovers from other days and potentially weeks. 3. The microwave machine installed to reheat hot dishes is not working correctly and aligns enormous lines. 4. The juice stand does not dispose of liquids in the right proportions - making it also useless. 5. Coffee is not supplied sufficiently - causing huge lines. Overall, never in my life have I was served cold omelets and sandwiches at any hotel around the world.

        I was staying in Tampa's Hilton Home 2 Suites for business. Twenty-four hours before check-in, I called to verify my stay as well as the requested late check out as I am a Hilton Honors Gold member. The front desk verified my check in, and complimentaty late check out time at 3PM for Gold status members. The front desk said a note had been made in my account regaurding the late check out. Upon arrival, I was told at the front desk by the manager that they do not allow late check out and there was no note on my acocunt. They said I could pay for a late check out, so availability was not the issue. The Hilton cooporate number said they could not do anything. I will not be staying at this Hilton in the future and will need to seriously consider doing business with other Hilton locations as this has seriously impacted my work schedule.
