Conveniently location. Friendly, courteous staff. Clean, spacious rooms.
Rooms: Clean, comfortable and spacious.
Nearby activities: Conveniently located to Bush Gardens.
Noteworthy details: Located in close proximity of both campuses of Moffitt Cancer Cancer. Very good value.

The rooms were clean. The service was good. I enjoyed the breakfast. Do plan to be there early to get a hot sandwich. Sometimes you have to wait a whole 15min for the next batch and it may be gone pretty fast if there are more people waiting. The process could be improved. I did see people burning their bagels in the oven machine causing the burnt smell. I like the grab and go idea, but I felt like they should have batches ready to fill the empty spots instead of spacing them out too long. Guests don't know this and many of them seemed disappointed to show up and not be able to have the hot breakfast and had to make a huge line to get waffles. Also, I thought they would have fresh berries and whip cream for the waffles. But only saw the whip cream twice during my stay, and the berries weren't fresh. I did like the green apples and muffins offered. We did enjoy our stay. One more improvement would be to have smart tvs and maybe add a mini stove or have the option of a burner to cook if needed.
Rooms: The rooms had a lot of space for storage. The dishes were dirty. They mentioned that they were cleaned but not sanitized, but they had crusty food on them. I just don't touch them and use my own.
Nearby activities: Busch Gardens is really close so that was convenient. It's also close to the university.
Food & drinks: The breakfast was good. The nearby food not great. We did enjoy the food at Applebee's, had a peach cobbler at the cobbler Tampa place, and also a bobba slushie.

I am highly upset at the service we have received at this hotel. I have never had any issues with any of my stays at a Hilton and this has been by far the WORST experience ever. My daughter is autistic with ADHD and I kept getting told from the front desk that there was noise complaints from my daughter running down the hallway or walking in the room. I literally got threatened to being kicked out of the hotel. At no point was it about it being loud noises coming from our room or partying. We literally went to enjoy our day at Busch gardens through our military waves of honor and this is how we get treated. It is not our fault that the walls and floors are built out of paper and everyone can hear CHILDREN walking. As an active duty member of the Navy and the mother of a child with disabilities, I am highly disappointed with the services we have received at this hotel. I called the corporate office to place a complaint and Nour R. From the Corporate office in Memphis, TN; said control your kids.
