Perfect place to stay when visiting Busch Gardens. They have a free shuttle service to the park and its worth it.
Odd number rooms will face Busch Gardens which is a bonus when they are doing fireworks.

This is a win win hotel for Busch Garden travelers. The staff (except one front desk agent, but thats another story for another lifetime) were ALL beyond amazing and seeking to gain your approval. Kim and Jai were EXCEPTIONAL! The full kitchen staff was phenomenal. The housekeepers were friendly. The driver, Georgia Boi, was super funny and friendly.
There is not a hot tub. There is not a Tesla charger. The closest charger is 3 miles away.
The only thing separating the hotel from Busch Garden is a wall. But, the walk to Busch Gardens front gate is 20 minutes. The free shuttle is about a 8 minute drive. The shuttle stops driving right at the same time as the fire works show. McDonalds is next door and so is KFC.
I didnt give a five star for service because that front desk work is a senior agent but her service and desire to assist was less than 0.

Everyone was extremely pleasant. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and size of the rooms. There were 5 of us and it was spacious. The breakfast is always definitely a plus and everything tasted well.
My only complaint for me was that the bed was hard which caused me to struggle to sleep as I have back problems.
It is located right down the road from Busch Gardens.
Other than that I would definitely stay here.
Rooms: Rooms were spacious and vey clean.
Nearby activities: Busch Gardens nearby and McDonalds next door.
Noteworthy details: Customer Service was great!

The hotel was nice and clean. The surrounding area was a little sketchy. I won't choose this location again.
