Hampton Inn & Suites Tampa Busch Gardens Area

Great deal and location for visiting Busch Gardens. Front desk was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and in great condition. Daily shuttle to and from the park is a great perk.

Super friendly reception. Wish I would have asked for her name. Very sweet lady and helpful. Clean rooms and spacious lobby. Very close to Busch Gardens, Tampa zoo, and botanical gardens.

The rooms are clean, beds & pillows are comfy. The staff is amazing, Pam the assistant manager goes above & beyond & is very hospitable. Thank you Pam :) Thank you front desk staff for being informative, friendly & hospitable Hemsley,Trina & Mr E We enjoyed our stay.

This is a relatively new hotel. Between spring break and the proximity to Busch Gardens it was packed with families having a good time. The front desk person was helpful. The elevator and hallways were clean. The room temperature was set to 65, which apparently is standard for the hotel. When I adjusted the temperature up to 70 the strong smell of urine was apparent. It was unclear whether a person or dog urinated on the carpet or bed. Calling the front desk to request a new room, wasn't an option. The person said I'd have to wait until after 9 am the next day to speak with a manager. Calling corporate customer service was able to get moved to another hotel and a refund processed. I'm not sure how the cleaning staff missed the smell of urine, but they did. The room was taken out of rotation for cleaning, so no one else would deal with the bus station experience. Rooms: Cleanliness could be improved. Walkability: The hotel is along a very busy road, but the hotel staff said it was safe for people to walk to dinner
