        The hallway to the elevator has the luggage carts long corridors, not good if there is fire emergency, carts block half the hall

        Very good experience. Rooms were very nice, mine had a kitchenette. Continental breakfast included. Outdoor sitting area and pool were nice, unfortunately I wasn't able to use them due to work schedule and storms on last day.

        when I initially got there rooms were clean, The front desk people were very kind, And it was in good shape. I was there for 5 days. however, at no point to anyone come to clean the room or change the towels. there were magnetic pieces that you can leave on the door that said that we didn't need a cleaning but there was nothing that said that we did. We assumed if we didn't put out those pieces that they would come and give us fresh towels. The noise at night was very loud as well. it was very rowdy instead of the hotel. otherwise the location was nice and the rooms were clean.

        We are frequent guests due to the proximity of the casino and I75. Always clean, great customer service, and nice breakfad5.
