        Upon arrival for a reservation, I discovered it had been marked as a no-show and the room given away, despite not being informed about any delay. The front desk staff, including Ray/Tracy and the managers, were unhelpful and displayed poor hospitality. Upon contacting Bonvoy titanium service line for assistance, I was met with further hostility and threats of police involvement. Improvement in customer service and communication is needed at this hotel.

        The room has a bad smell, it smells like a hospital or morgue, I went to ask for a room change and the person in the lobby told me that they do not have rooms available, (which is a lie since no hotel is filled to 100% of its capacity and always They have to leave a room available for emergencies), I asked to check out and left.

        Very nice, clean room for disabled. Price was higher than we had planned. We had upcoming surgery at Advent 2 days after we checked in. Was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Close to Interstate but barely heard traffic. I'd stay here again. Rooms: Perfect room for my disabled husband.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. When making a reservation, you must check in on your scheduled day. When you don't, the process is you are charged a Guarantee No Show fee of one night room and tax with the remainder of the reservation cancelled. Your reservation was not adjusted to a different check in date, nor was it cancelled. Therefore, you were charged the no show fee. It wasn't that we gave it away. When you don't check in, we take that as you're not coming and open the room to be sold to others looking for accommodations.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I regret that we failed to meet your expectations. There is a misconception that hotels hold rooms back. This is the opposite of what we do. The goal is to sell every room every day to maximize revenue potential. Once again, I apologize for failing to meet your expectations.
