        we use go6 to go9 geotab GPS trackers for your fleet management of 19 trucks for many year fleetistics have been great to work with!!!! thanks Lynn Rios for all the one on one attention when it is needed CHANGING MY REVIEW we stoped using there service after years and year of paying them thounsands of $$ over the year and there $$$.$$ cancellation politics petty in light of the bigger picture of what good customer We were to them.

        BEWARE we got billed almost a years of membership not knowing their updated system wouldn't work with our tracking devices we bought from them. Their response NO REFUND sorry. Paid for something that didn't even work.

        This system has been a great tool in keeping the company fleet in a manageable state. As our branch offices are throughout Florida it helps with staying up to date with the maintenance and fleet locations from the corporate office.

      Our notes say you installed another system before finishing the current agreement or speaking with Fleetistics before entering into another service agreement with a competitor. We still offered a reduced cancellation fee because you were a long-term customer with the return of working units which we didn't receive. This could have been avoided by completing one agreement before entering into another. We would have explained the details if you communicated with us. Would you sign up with AT&T while still under contract with Verizon and expect Verizon to just let the agreement go? We offer all customers a 50% service credit if they cancel and decide to return just in case the grass isn't greener on the other side. Best of luck.

      Hey Ryan, We searched for your name and do not see you are a customer. Maybe you are mistaking us for another GPS company. The amount of effort we put into communicating with customers for training, QA calls and technology opportunities, I cannot image someone in your organization didn't look at the GPS account if you are a Fleetistics customers. If you care to share your company name, we'll review the situation to determine if you are a customer and if there is anything else we could have done beyond the extensive measures we always take to care for customers.
