We have been taking our mini schnauzer here for 8 years and Im not sure if they changed ownership or management but we will not be back. We called on 06/08 to try to schedule an appointment and we were able to get in on the 18th. We arrived on time for the 9 AM appointment. We waited and waitednot going or doing anything all day in fear we would be out and have to pick him up quickly. We called at 4:30 PM and she said he wasnt ready yetwow. Finally we got a call right before 5:30 to come get him and the cut is horrendous. He has patches that are almost completely void of hair and areas that look untouched. We asked them to lightly trim his beard and they cut more than half of it off. They raised their prices about a year ago and told no one and had no signage stating that they would be raising prices. We showed up and had to pay more. Its unfortunate because this place use to be so good, but they kept our dog for about 8 and half hours, the cut was terrible, and theyre more expensive. Its a shame.
