If I could give this place a zero star I would. I never write reviews like this but it is needed especially if your fur babies are everything to you. We had to go to New York last minute and we took milo here for the 2nd time since it was last minute. First time had no issues. We would call to check up on him and they had no complaints only that hes been crying a lot. When we went to pick him up he had a small cut on his left leg because they said he jumped the fences. Fine. When we got home Milo was not his usual self he was way too calm and not even excited to us. He spent the next 24 hours as if something was given to him and he is never like that. Ive been trying to call the place since we left and no one answers the phone. This is completely unacceptable on many ends. Very disappointed.
