A wonderful wonderful place, but its not as great as it used to be. It needs to change to keep up with modern ways of working and needs to provide a specific run down of hourly and daily cleanliness practices. For one, let people see the areas that the dogs play in - both inside and out. And where they are boarded. #2. Implement a computer system for payment and vaccination records, client notes, and client visits / drop offs such that when an animal is dropped off, an employee enters it in the system and the system shows if the dogs illness and status, vaccinations - rabies, bortadella, etc has expired so that a dog is not accepted until vaccines are brought current. #3. When a dog is sick and possibly contagious proactively call the other clients of whom the infected dog has been in contact with to inform them that their dog may get ill or may not - customers appreciate this.

We've used Ketch for boarding and for daycare for years. Our pups always come home tired and happy!
