Hello, we are so sorry you feel that way! The big dogs in fact always have access to inside and outside at the same time. This is because of how hot it is here in Tampa Bay! We are a very intimate, small business and in fact pride ourselves on being a small day playcenter only. There are many boarding centers around that are much bigger with much bigger yards you can choose from. They do often utilize cages and small kennels vs a large open play space like ours so when they aren't playing they are all caged up. In fact, our big dogs never go anywhere besides the big dog room and yard which is over 2000 sq foot of play and we love that we don't have to use any kind of cage or kennel. We do not ever intend to keep dogs out in the Tampa Bay heat which is why our yard is designed for potty and water play and our inside AC space is where most dogs choose their romping and rolling. We also cap our daily reservations at our center to ensure plenty of space and an intimate setting. I'm not sure why you would choose us knowing there are tons of bigger centers around just to leave this review! It makes us sad reading this when we have mostly 5 stars once you get to know us but understand we aren't for everyone! We do pride ourselves on being intimate and knowing all of our pack. We have never hidden our size and in fact encourage all to come in and shop retail and see our room through our windows where you can clearly see where your big dog plays before choosing us! Hurry on in as we do have over a 3 month waitlist to enter. We hope you end up finding the right center for you and your big dog in the future. We would appreciate if you took this review down as we didn't do anything to deserve a 1 star review off of our size when that was a choice you made ahead of signing up and I am confident your dog was well taken care of, had a great time with us and was treated with the utmost courtesy respect and love.
