        I find the staff very friendly and knowledgeable and I feel safe and confident leaving my cat there while I have to be away.

        Lots of room to run & play, in-ground swimming pools, great staff, and nice accommodations. They have also been so patient and welcoming to my girl (who can be intermittently reactive due to her insecurities and her past traumas), which has helped her to love doggie daycare again! I drive all the way from St. Pete (though I don't work in or go to Tampa often), passing many other daycares along the way, for Bay Paws!

        Used to love this place. New manager Wendy made me feel like a stranger. I won't be back while she's in charge. Place has gone too impersonal.

        We had 3 days of daycare and boarding for our Mastiff and he loved it. He got to play with the big dogs in a monitored safe environment. His private kennel at night was plush and we could see him on the camera. We were so pleased that we bought a package of 20 days. Well be back soon. We bought 10 play days and he loves them. Today he ran and romped with his friends and they had an Easter egg hunt. He came home tired and happy. We love bay paws.

      We appreciate the positive feedback Sharon! Nadia is settling in nicely, she has already taken a nice stroll around her temporary home away from home to check out all the beds, scratching posts, and cat trees!

Losing a furry family member is incredibly difficult, and our hearts go out to you during this painful time. She was full of cuddles and tail wags the last time we saw her for enrichment play in March! The shock of learning of her unknown medical condition and unexpected passing this past week was heavy amongst the staff as she was a loved member of the Bay Paws pack for quite some time.Regarding your experience, we sincerely apologize if you felt like a stranger.
