Seems like they dont know what theyre doing they served our tenants on Wednesday, May 12 and so we were trying to do the part two of the evection on May 19 however after sitting at the courthouse and trying to get a hold of these people we find out that they had never filed the return of service so we wasted four hours at the courthouse and numerous phone calls back going back-and-forth and now the tenant has extra days Because of their your responsibility. Then I asked for a refund on this case because they had nine days to file the return of service claiming that they texted me for more information. My question is why didnt you pick up the phone and call me if you supposedly texted me for information. Would not recommend them would not use them again. Ask for a refund she said no after their screwup for nine days. Use someone else they dont know what theyre doing!
