They were amazing! customer service was the best that ive had at a burberry store. Cole was amazing, knowledgeable and super helpful. He texted me a perfume i was eyeing, had to go back and buy it from him! if you are being helped by him you are in good hands:)

They would not help me with a bag that was defective. Overpriced junk is what they sell this is why Louie will now get my business. Ive spent thousands at Burberry and they did nothing to help out what once was a loyal customer I will never shop this store or this company ever again!

Excellent customer service at this location! I came to them with a wallet/money clip I had purchased as a gift for my husband and later realized that it was defective. Brandon was absolutely fantastic about sending it off for repairs at no cost to me, communicated with me every step of the way, and returned it to me earlier than expected. I am ULTRA impressed with his personable demeanor and will absolutely visit this location again.

I bought shoes And it's very uncomfortable it's hurt my feet because of the bad quality And after 24 hour there is use to return I don't recommend a store for anybody The customer service is very bad too

They told me not to touch the bag with my oily and dirty hand
