The River at Tampa Bay Church

We tried to make it work here for a few months but our kids can never get into the childcare there it's normally full and the mothers room is only 20-30 minutes and it's boring for the kids. They have all the money for everything else and not extra childcare workers sorry but that's not of God. The security guard was staring us down making us feel so unwanted then came up to me and told me I better get my kids in line put a millstone around your neck buddy my kids are being kids and we were trying !!

I will NOT recommend this church the pastor is a very arrogant person plus he admitted during service that they lied on their event flyers for Easter egg . We been at services since 8am this morning and it wasnt until 2:05 pm that service was dismissed. In the mean time kids were crying and tired and asking for the Easter egg . At the church they not even allow vendor to sell food or drinks until service is over . Many people with kids of all ages were complaining we were literally drive to starve from 8am to past 2pm

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Someone invited me, so I decided to check it out since I hadnt been to church in a while. Let me tell yall, if you KNOW Jesus Christ, you will know that this church is NOT a place of Christ! I went & I stayed until about 20 minutes into the past preaching .. I dont know what he was preaching about, but I can tell you that it wasnt right. Something in my body told me to leave .. I got cult vibes! The Holy Sprit in me told me that this place is not for you. In my opinion, this church is for people who dont already know Christ. I feel like this pastor is brainwashing the innocent minds of people who are truly interested in learning who Christ is, but he preaches a false message. Draws them in! I could be wrong, but I know my Bible & I know my God. && If you truly know Jesus or youre interested in learning about the Jesus Christ for real, please avoid this place! Its important for me to mention that this is the mega church pastor that got arrested during 2020 covid for defying the social distancing orders. Anyway, thats all.

I visited the River church for a 4 day conference and I have nothing but positive things to say. The presence of God is absolutely breathtaking in each service. The beauty and cleanliness of each facility and the literal joy on peoples faces is amazing to see. Everyone does their job with excellence from ushers to the greeters . I am so impressed with how Pastor Rodney and Adonica have ensured that the house of God is a beautiful place to come to be refreshed and filled.
