I am still excited about my goal setting during this Leadership Workshop with Kristin. I felt safe, encouraged, and challenged during the experience and I appreciate Kristin's coaching to help me see the difference between facts and views possibly inhibiting me from achieving my goals. I especially enjoyed how participants were given a space to provide creative and experience-based suggestions for each other. Together, along with Kristin, we each generated practical and actionable steps to meet our objectives and beyond. I highly recommend this workshop and will join again on the next available session Kristin facilitates. Thank you, Kristin!

Working with Kristin was priceless. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! I was at a major crossroads in my career path and without her insightful wisdom, ideas, and action plans, I would not have been able to move forward. Working with her allowed me to find the confidence I needed to go for what I really wanted. When I did-I got the position I wanted -and learned some things about myself along the way! Kristin is truly special in her approach and has the ability to "slap you in the face" with understanding your challenges and how to correct them without the physical impact.
